The RB-KAIROS Autonomous Mobile Robot is extremely useful for indoor logistic applications. With a payload capacity of up to 250 kg, it is ideal for automating the transport of goods in different sectors, even in reduced spaces due its compact design.
RB-KAIROS is a robust AMR due to its steel design and especially agile thanks to the omnidirectional kinematics that allows the robot to move in any direction, navigating faster and safer avoiding obstacles.
Furthermore, the mobile platform has been designed to easily integrate a robotic arm from Universal Robots’ e-Series, making it the RB-KAIROS+ mobile manipulator robot.
All Robotnik robots are modular and have a ROS 2-based architecture.

Autonomous Mobile Manipulator optimised for indoor applications and UR-Approved
RB-KAIROS+ is a mobile manipulator designed for Plug & Play integration of Universal Robots e-Series arms (UR7e, UR12e and UR16e). Its software and hardware are prepared to mount the OEM DC e-Series arm and convert the robotic arm into a mobile manipulator, significantly enhancing its reach and versatility while extending the arm’s workspace.
By combining the mobility of an AMR with the precision and flexibility of a cobot, this mobile manipulation robot can handle parts of different sizes and weights, offering arm payloads of up to 16 kg, depending on the selected manipulator model.
RB-KAIROS+ is suitable for indoor industrial applications requiring flexibility, advanced automation, and rapid process reconfiguration, such as Pick & Place, machine and line feeding, handling parts of varying sizes, metrology and quality control, cleaning, polishing and finishing, as well as screwing and drilling operations.
RB-KAIROS+ is UR+ approved.
All Robotnik robots are modular and feature an architecture based on ROS 2.
