At Robotnik, an international reference company in mobile robotics, we are looking for a new team member to strengthen our R&D department in a role focused on the management of innovation projects and proposal development, especially European, international and national proposals.
We are looking for a profile with a high level of English and Spanish, proven experience in preparing and coordinating complex proposals, and the ability to act as the first point of contact for new collaboration and funding opportunities.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and searching for new opportunities.
- Identifying and monitoring project opportunities and calls.
- Coordinating proposal preparation, especially from an administrative, organizational and management perspective.
- Supporting budget preparation, timelines and related documentation.
- Supporting R&D project management activities.
- Interacting with technical teams, partners and external stakeholders.
REQUIRED PROFILE
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- C1 level of English or equivalent, demonstrable.
- Fluent or native Spanish.
- Experience in programmes and calls such as Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020 and national funding calls.
- Experience in document management, planning, budgeting and proposal coordination.
