Robotnik, part of United Robotics Group, is looking for a HR Business Partner for its headquarters in Valencia.

Job description:

The duties of the candidate for the HR Manager position will include:

  • Supporting the growth of the business by working closely withlocal management and the URG HR team based in Germany (Bochum) and France (Paris).
  • Talent Acquisition: Candidate management during selection processes, interviews and coordination of the on-boarding process. Identification of suitable candidates through headhunting, social media, events, etc.
  • Support and advice to managers on HR issues and day-to-day HR management: working closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, work environment, productivity and talent retention.
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintaining legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees and ensuring compliance.
  • Maintenance and administration of personnel files and management of administrative issues such as vacations, absences and clocking. Interface with the payroll and labor manager.
  • Management of labor communication, work environment climate and onboarding.
  • Management and monitoring of the Equality Plan and the compensation register.
  • Definition of job positions, roles and responsibilities.
  • Generation of regular reports on relevant KPIs to management.
  • Detection of training needs and implementation of training programs.


  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on HR, or additional training as an HR specialist.
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Practical mindset, independence and responsibility.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Knowledge of payroll management is an asset.
