The mobile platform RB-VULCANO PRO stands out for its ability to integrate various components for performing numerous tasks in industrial, agricultural and logistics environments. Among these components are tools, structures, supports, robotic arms, forklifts, roller-conveyors, tanks and air/hydraulic units, among others.
RB-VULCANO PRO is a highly maneuverable platform thanks to its wheels with infinite rotation that allow navigation in single, dual Ackerman and Omni-drive (Serve drive). And thanks to its integrated rocker with the possibility of cushioning, it ensures maximum traction at all times.
RB-VULCANO PRO is fully autonomous and collaborative, and can share workspace with people safely by means of its integrated lasers.
The top of the RB-VULCANO PRO platform forms a cargo or workbench where you can integrate those components that are suitable for the development of the activity that you will be applying to the robot.
The robot can incorporate different magnetic navigation systems, SLAM or remotely through a PTZ camera.
Other notable elements of the robot are its fairing, completely removable for easy maintenance and access to electronics; its battery easily interchangeable -with the possibility of acquiring a charging station with automatic exchange of battery- and easy integration of additional components in its interior.
Customization of this robot presents a multitude of possibilities:
- Adaptation of standard dimensions.
- Integration of different types of lasers, GPS, infrared cameras, 3D lasers.
- Adaptation to the type of load and capacity up to 1.750 kg.
- Variation of the lifting height.
