The RB-ROBOUT mobile robot is the solution for transporting heavy loads up to 1 tonne in indoor industrial environments such as factories or warehouses.
RB-ROBOUT has a low steel ‘mouse’ design and compact dimensions, making it ideal for transporting both material trolleys and loads directly on the platform.
The dolly has omnidirectional kinematics based on 4 high-powered drive wheels.
Thanks to the safety lasers, the RB-ROBOUT is an autonomous and collaborative robot able to share the working space with the operators in an intelligent way by detecting obstacles, searching for alternative routes and optimising trajectories.
The robot is capable of operating with different types of localization: SLAM (map-based navigation) or philoguided (for very high precision requirements), and is able to use different modes in the same installation.
It has a wide range of optional components and accessories to suit the tasks to be performed:

- Pallet or box supports

RB-ROBOUT+ is the solution for automating large manipulation operations with workpieces or components weighing up to 12,5 kg. It stands out as the only omnidirectional motion robot manipulator with such a high payload.
This mobile manipulator is ready for plug-and-play integration with Universal Robots’ UR10e arm and is especially useful for masking, coating or dispensing, welding, grinding and polishing or material handling.
With an autonomy of up to 8 hours (depending on arm configuration), it enables stable operation, reducing downtime and increasing the productivity of industrial processes.
The mobile platform has omnidirectional kinematics that allow it to move in any direction and rotate on its Z axis, enabling precise manoeuvring in confined spaces or congested areas.
