The RB-ROBOUT mobile robot is the solution for transporting heavy loads up to 2 tonnes in indoor industrial environments such as factories or warehouses.
RB-ROBOUT has a low steel ‘mouse’ design and compact dimensions, making it ideal for transporting both material trolleys and loads directly on the platform.
The dolly has omnidirectional kinematics based on 4 high-powered drive wheels.
Thanks to the safety lasers, the RB-ROBOUT is an autonomous and collaborative robot able to share the working space with the operators in an intelligent way by detecting obstacles, searching for alternative routes and optimising trajectories.
The robot is capable of operating with different types of localization: SLAM (map-based navigation) or philoguided (for very high precision requirements), and is able to use different modes in the same installation.
It has a wide range of optional components and accessories to suit the tasks to be performed:

All Robotnik robots are modular and its architecture is based on ROS 2, which facilitates their adaptation to the particularities of the application. The robot has an interface to make the system easy to manage by any user.

Omnidirectional mobile manipulator for operations up to 35 kg
RB-ROBOUT+ is an omnidirectional Autonomous Mobile Manipulator designed to automate handling tasks with parts or components of up to 35 kg, providing flexible solutions for a wide range of industrial operations. It is the ideal choice for environments that require precision, mobility, and safety in material handling.
The RB-ROBOUT+ mobile platform offers Plug and Play integration of Universal Robots collaborative arms (UR8 Long, UR12e, UR15, UR20, and UR30), allowing the system to be adapted according to the payload and reach requirements of each application. This makes it especially suitable for tasks such as masking or coating, welding, sanding and polishing, material handling, and other high-value industrial operations.
With up to 8 hours of autonomy, RB-ROBOUT+ ensures stable operation, reducing downtime and maximizing productivity. Its omnidirectional kinematics allow it to move in any direction and rotate around its Z-axis, enabling precise maneuvers in tight spaces or congested areas. Its full 360° range optimizes trajectories and ensures adaptability to a wide variety of work scenarios.
This mobile manipulator is collaborative and safe, CE-certified, and integrates PLC safety systems, Lidars, and SICK safety architecture, ensuring secure interactions with people and other equipment.
Its modular architecture based on ROS 2 allows the system to be adapted and expanded according to the specific requirements of each application.
Additionally, it features an intuitive user interface, simplifying programming, control, and overall robot management.
