The Director of the Institute of the Small and Medium Industry (IMPIVA), Daniel Moragues, recently visited Robotnik where he said “is of great interest that Valencian companies work in R&D for high-tech products such as robotics and this is known by the operators and society in general. ”
The Institute of the Small and Medium Size Industry (IMPIVA) is established in 1984 by the Valencia Regional Government to promote and improve productivity by concentrating on key issues relevant for the innovation process in small and medium sized enterprises. IMPIVA based its management system devoted to innovation on a two-fold principle:
– Decentralisation, both geographical and in terms of different activities, by means of a creation of centres with specialised functions (technology institutes and EBIC’s) located in the main industrial areas of the Region of Valencia.
– Participations of social agents which play a major role.
