RB-ARES is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) designed for industrial logistics applications, especially for the transport of palletised materials in factories or warehouses. It is an autonomous and highly safe robot, capable of working in a collaborative environment, thanks to its equipment with sensorization and safety light/sound devices.
The platform stands out mechanically for its front traction by means of a 1.000W steerable drive wheel and a hydraulic lift, which allows the transfer of loads of up to 1.500 kg in all directions.
The implementation of the RB-ARES in industrial work environments allows the automation of repetitive logistics tasks without the need for operators. RB-ARES allows routes to be optimized and adapted to a shared workspace with operators, providing maximum process efficiency.
RB-ARES supports customizations and is based on ROS.
